Association Executive Director General Mr. Mohammed Al-Tufaili Al-Zahrani said the Association works continually and diligently to meet the highest standards and certification requirements. He affirmed that the Rheumatism Association's Great Place to Work certification is one of the clearest signs of its success and continuity in the field, inspiring it to embrace further challenges and responsibilities toward beneficiaries and the services it provides.
Al-Tufaili added that the Association is committed to its workplace and to the services that emerge from it, strengthening its social commitment to preserving a better quality of life for beneficiaries. The Association values its relationships with all employees and their working environment and gives them ample opportunities for training, learning, and professional development to create a stable and attractive workplace.
